BIM COORDINATOR

Spaceagency is seeking a full-time Architect with Revit experience to join our team to work on exciting, high-profile international projects who will be working on public realm and masterplan-scale wayfinding projects moving into detailing and construction stages

Technical qualifications and role requirements:

• Professional degree in architecture, urban design or landscape architecture

• Excellent professional knowledge of Autodesk Revit and design tools

• Broad knowledge of digital collaboration workflow is required

• Experience conducting training is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years professional experience

• 3D software skills required: Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, VRay, Enscape

• 2D software skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite

• Design portfolio of professional design experience

• Strong analytical skills and strategic design thinking

• Excellent communication skills – professional English, written and verbal
