Navid Ghafouri is a multi-disciplinary art & architecture practitioner. His professional experience encompasses visual communication and design development for architectural offices and private clients.

He holds a master of Architecture and Urban Design from Umeå School of Architecture where he investigated design activism and media architecture in relation to migration and displacement. The criticality of design for him lies in the process of understanding and challenging the conventional human interactions within urban spaces, to achieve more inclusive and just societies.
