Yujie is an Architectural Designer at Spaceagency. She received her Masters Degree in Architecture and Urbanism at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London with a thesis on the online customisation to on-land fabrication streamline, after graduating with a bachelors degree in Architecture from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Beijing.

Yujie has over three years of experience as an architectural designer, with a focus on urban systems and user experience. She is passionate about producing interdisciplinary designs through parametric-based design methodology and creating new possibilities of physical and virtual user interactions, specifically using visual technology from gaming and filming industries into architectural visualisation field. As part of the Spaceagency team, Yujie has contributed to projects like Expo City Legacy Masterplan and Diriyah Gate II Exhibition Centre Competition.

Prior to joining Spaceagency, Yujie was an Architectural Designer at Beijing Jiangong Architectural Design and Research Institute and Menji Design in Beijing, where she extended her design research to competitions and commissioned projects, ranging from physical leisure, culture, education, residential and commercial projects to virtual decentralised participatory platform and NFT exhibition spaces.
